We will be marking Climate Sunday this week at our Parish Eucharist on 18 July, when we will also be saying farewell to the Revd Dr Ian McIntosh. In the evening there will be a Sacred Space service.
At 10.00am Parish Eucharist will take place in church and will also be live-streamed on our YouTube channel. The Revd David Powell will be presiding and the Revd Dr Ian McIntosh will preach – it will be his last Sunday with us before he moves to take up his new post in the Diocese of York, so a chance to say our thanks and goodbyes.
After the service, around 11.15am, there will be an opportunity to chat with other members of the St Andrew’s family via Zoom as you enjoy your morning coffee.
At 6.00pm there will be a service of Sacred Space, which will be led by Kelly Agler-Good and Sam Rick, addressing the theme of the faithfulness of God during the pandemic. This will take place in the church and will also be streamed on YouTube.
If you would like to be present in church for either service, please book a place via Eventbrite (or the Church Office during weekday working hours). There is a link to our YouTube channel on the homepage of this website and links for YouTube, Zoom and Eventbrite can all be found in the weekly email sent each Thursday to all on our mailing list. If you would like to join the mailing list, please contact the Church Office on 01234 216881.
