Noah’s Ark at Home and Out of the Ark
Sadly, due to the coronavirus pandemic, we are currently unable to run our Noah’s Ark toddler group as we usually do. However, we have been able to offer aspects of Noah’s Ark in a variety of different ways!
On our YouTube channel, there are some ‘Noah’s Ark at Home’ videos, with songs, a story and activity ideas. We also hold ‘Noah’s Ark Songtime’ on Monday mornings on Zoom when in lockdown. When not in lockdown, we offer ‘Out of the Ark’ on Monday mornings – a socially-distanced outdoor toddler service! Please contact our Children Worker, Elisabeth Sutcliffe, for more details.
Noah’s Ark, our group for pre-school age children and their parents, grandparents or carers, meets on Monday mornings during term-time, between 9.30 and 11.00am in the Main Hall.
To start the morning a wide range of toys are available for play. There is also a craft table with an activity related to the morning’s Bible story. After a break with snacks for the children and tea/coffee and biscuits for the grown-ups, we join together for some action songs. The morning finishes with a short story-time in the Chapel.
