Following the suspension of public worship, our usual groups for children are on hold until further notice.  

Children on Sundays at St Andrew’s

During the 10.00am service on Sundays, activities for children are provided as follows:

On the first Sunday of the month, we are all together in church for an all age service, which a table for children at the front by the organ. The worship band usually leads the music for this service.

On all other Sundays, we start together in church at 10.00 with the children going to their groups during the first hymn, returning after the main prayers. The groups are:

Jigsaw group for 3-5 year olds

  • JIGSAW (Jesus Is Great Super And Wonderful).  Parents and carers are also welcome to come and join us. This group meets in the Holt Room.

Jam group for 6-10 year olds

  • JAM (Jesus And Me) meets in the Hulbert Room.

Jump group for 11+ years

  • JUMP (Jesus Understands Me Perfectly) meets in the Consulting Room.

Also, crèche facilities are available in the Quiet Room. The service can be heard here through the speaker system.
