About the Event
8am Holy Eucharist and 10am All-age Worship: Our services will focus on Harvest and Creation Care. Monetary donations are invited at both services for the Bishop of St Alban's Harvest Appeal. This year’s Harvest Appeal is Thrive: Nutrition and Sustainable Agriculture in Sri Lanka in partnership with The Leprosy Mission. We also welcome donations of non-perishable food good for the Bedford Foodbank and / or the Ethnic Foodbank, helping to meet the needs of those experiencing food poverty in the local area. You can find out a little more about the establishment of the Ethnic Foodbank by following this link. 12.15pm Harvest Lunch in the Main Hall: Do join us after the 10am service for a meal of baked potatoes with a choice of toppings, followed by fruit crumble and cold drinks. Tickets are available from the Church Office or in Church on Sunday morning: £8 per person and children under 12 free. All profits will go to the Bishop of St Albans Harvest Appeal.
