Time & Location

08 Sept 2024, 12:00 – 14:00

Bedford, Kimbolton Rd, Bedford MK40 2PF, UK

About the Event

A simple (almost) vegetarian lunch of dishes typical to Uganda or central Africa. We will provide the chapattis’ and tasty fillings as well as some typical dishes like curried cabbage and sweet potato wedges and the national dish Matoke (cooked plantain).

Last year we held a joyful parish lunch so we could raise funds and learn more about Pajule – the community in northern Uganda that we’re supporting for three years. This will be a chance to hear from World Vision about Pajule and we want to come together and share a meal together.

Suggested Donation £6 per adult, children FREE (please bring food your child might like to eat if the above does not appeal!)

Sign up by 2nd September to be sure of being fed!

There’s a sheet at back of church or sign up on St Andrew’s
